The picturesque views at Sofitel were stunning, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. the pools, especially the one with slides, delighted my son. the friendly staff made us feel truly at home.

The BEACHFRONT LOCATION was amazing, with a view onto the turning circle. the friendly staff catered to every request. the spa & wellness facilities were top-notch. I would choose this place again. the spa facilities were even better in person than in photos.

Absolutely loved the chill vibes, tropical ambience, and super comfy beds at the resort 🌴. The beach massage and spa treatments were fantastic, perfect for unwinding after a long day of fun in the sun. Only downside was the lack of iced flannels at the beach, but honestly, that's a tiny blip in an overall awesome experience! Defo a top pick for a family vacay or a romantic getaway.

This hotel surpassed my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the spa and wellness centre is top-notch with a variety of treatments including massage and body wraps. the swimming pool and beach access are perfect for relaxation. Delicious Halal food options are available at the on-site restaurants.

The night club which was a bit noisy at night. it didn't detract from my overall experience at the hotel.

the spacious apartments were fantastic, with great pool areas where it was easy to find loungers. the staff were exceptional in person, especially at check-in, and the Lexus driver Raj provided excellent service and value, just remember to ask about pricing. the premium suite upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast menu offered a wide variety. SO SPA was definitely a highlight of our trip, with experienced staff ensuring a wonderful experience.

The room was so luxurious and comfortable with a large soaking tub, rain shower, and a spacious sitting area. The exotic wood finishes and the king-size MyBed™ made me feel so pampered.

The only thing I liked less was the limited dining options nearby.

We were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the warm welcome drink upon arrival to the attentive service throughout, the staff truly made us feel special. the room service was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff kept our rooms clean and comfortable. the in-room breakfast was a delightful way to start each day, and the outdoor dining area provided a lovely ambiance for our evening meals. We also enjoyed the beach access and the spa & wellness centre where we indulged in relaxing massages and beauty treatments. the hotel's location right on the beach made for an idyllic setting to enjoy drinks of an evening.

While our overall experience at this hotel was wonderful, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. it would be beneficial for the hotel to offer a free shuttle service to nearby attractions as taking taxis everywhere can add up quickly.

From the lively sports bar to the tranquil spa, there was never a dull moment. The cocktail bar was a blast from the past, and the exclusive workout options kept me energized. The food was a global delight, and the beach view from the room was breathtaking. I even tried the FloatFit classes - a hilarious challenge! a blissful escape at the hotel, perfect for this Emirati urban planner seeking a sustainable luxury retreat.

The facilities are amazing, with a variety of workshops, activities, and amenities. As foreign tourists, we felt comfortable in our hijabs and burkinis, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaints.

These workouts are like a high-energy, water-based dance party that leaves you feeling accomplished and exhilarated. The instructor was fantastic, keeping us motivated and making sure we got the most out of the workout. It's a great way to stay fit and have a blast while on vacation.

My wife says that it would have been great if there were more kid-friendly activities available, like a dedicated kids' club or play area.

Located in a peaceful area with beautiful views of the beach and greenery, the hotel boasts of a comfortable and modern room with a luxurious bathroom equipped with double sinks and a freestanding circular bath. The friendly staff offers excellent room service and housekeeping. The breakfast served at the hotel has a wide variety of options that cater to everyone’s needs.

The hotel's distance from the city center may be an inconvenience to some who wish to be closer to the attractions and nightlife.

The staff at Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa were exceptionally helpful, making my stay with my elderly mother and baby comfortable. The room was spacious and accessible, ensuring a relaxing family break. The relaxation facilities like the spa, indoor and outdoor pools, and beach access added to the enjoyment. Nearby landmarks like the Abdul Rahman Siddik Mosque and Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark were convenient for family bonding.

Enjoyed 5th return to Sofitel Dubai The Palm, excellent family holiday. Great facilities for young ones, beach view, friendly staff. Small hiccups on arrival, but Director resolved swiftly. More resort-like than exclusive, but ideal for families. Moana Seafood restaurant a standout. Would return, despite wife's preference for Fairmont.

The pool staff were very helpful in finding available beds and ordering pool side drinks/snacks. The room was impeccably cleaned each day and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great with many options. Overall I recommend Sofitel for a relaxing stay.

The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming, with accents of onyx, stone, and exotic dark wood that create a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. The general areas are spacious and easily accessible for us seniors, allowing for comfortable and enjoyable strolls. The staff were very attentive, always ready to assist and ensure that we felt secure and well-cared for.

A better vacation for senior people would just need more seating areas with shade by the beach.

I had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa for a recent business trip, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. The luxury 5-star beach resort, situated on the East Crescent of the world-famous Palm Jumeirah, offered a rejuvenating escape that was inspired by the rich culture of the South Pacific. The Sofitel SPA with L'Occitane was a haven of relaxation, and the highly trained therapists delivered revitalizing body treatments, soothing massages, and purifying facials using advanced techniques and organic ingredients. My fitness regime was well-taken care of at the hotel's high-tech So FIT gym, equipped with state-of-the-art cardio machines, free weights, and ample space for cooling down after a rigorous workout.

Expensive food and drink.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room upgrade with pool and resort views was mind-blowing. The Premier Lounge invitation was a nice surprise. The breakfast and restaurants were superb, and every staff member was attentive and polite. The pool, beach access, and kids' club were fantastic, and the view from the room and balcony was jaw-dropping. The staff went above and beyond to make us happy, even bringing a microwave to our room for our entire stay. They surprised us with a birthday cake, card, and fruit basket, which was incredibly thoughtful. our experience at this hotel was outstanding, and we can't wait to come back next year!

The beach party at the Laguna Bar on Sundays and the excellent service provided by staff, especially Ashraf the duty manager and Rene from the Yacht club, were truly outstanding. However, the pricing of amenities was exorbitant and could be more reasonable to enhance the overall guest experience.

We rocked the FloatFit HIIT classes and felt like athletic legends. The beach was lit, perfect for chilling and taking Insta-worthy pics. The staff were total legends too, always hooking us up with smoothies and vibes.

We wish there was a sick beach party or DJ event to turn up the vacation vibes even more.

The hotel had a beautiful beachfront location and stunning views of the skyline. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with luxurious bathrooms. One of the highlights was the excellent service provided by the staff, especially at the Manava Restaurant. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to cater to dietary restrictions.

The lack of an adults-only pool was a major disappointment. All the pools were crowded with children, making it difficult to find a quiet and peaceful area to relax.

Sofitel the Palm offers a fantastic experience with stunning rooms, excellent staff, and a self-contained resort. the location on Palm Jumeira is exceptional, close to Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Marina. the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and offer great facilities. the free upgrade to a premium suite is a bonus, along with the awesome breakfast menu and beautiful beach access. the SO SPA is a must-try for a top-notch relaxation experience.

I recently stayed at Sofitel Dubai The Palm for a family staycation. We had an outstanding experience overall. The staff at the lounge, Yashirah & Princess, were incredibly helpful. The hotel had the best breakfast eggs compared to other hotels we've been to in Dubai. The spa facilities were excellent, with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge pool. The kids club kept our children engaged with cinema, games, and activities. The hotel had multiple pools to choose from, with cabanas and a convenient ice cream shop. The lounge had great food quality and a welcoming atmosphere.

Totally recommend this hotel!

There was nothing I didn't like.

The veggie delights at Manava were like a flavor explosion, worth every dirham. Upgrades for Accor cardholders and a serene atmosphere make for a dreamy stay.

Struggling to snag poolside space is a downer, and a touch understaffed during quieter times. The promise of connecting rooms fell short on arrival, but the overall vibe still sparkles like Dubai's skyline.

the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the seaside location at the outskirts of the palm was amazing. it's super easy to explore nearby areas too. the staff members are incredibly welcoming and make you feel like family.

The hotel's location was perfect, right on the beach with private sun-lounges that provided maximum relaxation during my stay. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience truly memorable.

I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room to a Junior Club Suite, which had spacious balconies and a stunning view. the room was clean and well-maintained. We received a warm welcome with chocolates and dates, and our kid was treated with marshmallows and treats. the complimentary lounge access was a nice touch, and our kid loved the kids club. the staff at the kids club were friendly and accommodating. the pool closing at 8PM was a great advantage. it was an amazing stay and made our Eid holidays memorable.

the general ambience was fantastic, with a beautiful beach and pool areas. the junior suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. the location of the hotel was perfect, right by the sea and close to Dubai Marina. This was by far the best hotel we have stayed in during our trips to Dubai, and we had a wonderful time with our kids.

The Replay Sports Bar with its rustic interiors and LED screens is just perfect for watching my favorite games. The Premier Lounge is a stylish venue where luxury travelers can meet and dine. And oh, the signature tabletop grill experience is absolutely divine.
